JustHost provides 24/7 tech support via phone as well as through email. Average hold time for phone support clocks in at 3 minutes, and from our experience seems to be a realistic number. As for email, they claim a response time of under 20 minutes. We have yet to test that out, but from what we have seen so far, they seem to stay on top of things. Tech support speaks good English, and very easy to understand.
