HostMonster has one the better support systems available to their users. Their response time for us has typically been very good. We haven’t had many questions since signing up with them, but when there is one, they are always willing to help. They offer 24/7 support via tickets, online chat, as well as by phone. We would rate them slightly below HostGator, but in relation to some of the other hosting companies out there, they are definitely near the top.
